Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy. If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective item from our end, we will gladly refund your purchase or replace the item within 7 days.

Replacement products will be delivered in 4 to 5 days.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are not in their original condition, have been used, or are returned after 7 days of delivery.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In the case of refunds approved, it will take 7 working days for the refund amount to be credited to the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@adeebox.com and send your item to: A-91, Kanchan Kunj, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi – 110076.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: A-91, Kanchan Kunj, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi – 110076

Replacement products will be delivered in 4 to 5 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
